Looking for the right school for your child?
Below are the steps for Enrollment to Providence: A Christian Montessori Community. Our commitment to you is to always try to set your child up for success by making sure we are all a good fit for the child, family and school connection. Those connections are often life-long and we want to make sure that what we offer is the process that will work best for you family. Because of this, we cannot always accept children when they first apply and filling out an application is not a guarantee of enrollment.
For those excited to start this journey, you can fill out an application right away by clicking HERE.
Click on the buttons below to navigate through the steps.
Step 1) Learn more about our school community by scheduling a virtual tour or by attending one of our Open Houses. To schedule a tour please click on “Tour” above. Tours are usually about 45 mins. long. If the times offered do not fit your schedule, please email us through the contact us page to request a different time. We are happy to work with your schedule. It is best when both the mother and father can come to the school to visit. We love for all family members to feel comfortable here and to know about the benefits of Montessori education.
Step 2} After attending our virtual tour, if the school seems like a good fit, please see the follow-up email you will receive from us. In that email you will see a link to set up a time for the child to meet with the teacher. These are usually conducted from 10:15 to 11am Tuesday through Thursday for our preschool students (Toddler and Primary) and 8:30am to 2:30pm for elementary and Middle Academy Students (This trial day can be modified as needed)
Please use the contact us link if you need a different time and we will be happy to accommodate.
Step 3) Once you have completed the tour, child visit and application with fee, your application will go to our Admission Committee. We have open enrollment throughout the year as spaces are available. Those interested in the fall enrollment will get first consideration if their tour, visit, and application are completed by Feb 1st. Families in the first round will be notified by March 5th. A $300 advance on tuition is due by April 5th and will be applied to the fall tuition. This is non-refundable if your child does not attend.
Step 4) Enjoy the benefits that Montessori education brings to your child and your family. Click on the link “Parent” to see the many opportunities for parents to learn more about how to incorporate Montessori education into their home. We also love for parents to share talents and hobbies and to give lessons to the students throughout the year. This is a place for everyone to grow, so know that you are always welcome.
Thanks for being a part of Providence: A Christian Montessori Community!
